Inspired by a local collector’s memory of her parents’ 1950s chartreuse, black, and white living room — a palette she’d only ever seen in black-and-white photos. We reimagined that mid-century nostalgia through a modern lens: layers of Norfolk Island pine and cedar crowned with a couture bow of chartreuse velvet, ivory satin, and black-trimmed gold.
